I can’t begin to explain how peaceful, cozy, warm, and relaxing the Inn is. This far exceeded our expectations and we can see why some folks have been coming here for 20+ years. It was romantic and calming and really a great place to get away from it all but is convenient to all places in Sedona. My partner was suffering from a back injury and went for a cold plunge in the swimming hole almost every morning. From the nourishing breakfast to games and a glass of wine by the fire we just had a wonderful and special stay. Thank you and I hope to be back soon.

My wife and I rented the Creekside cabin right on Oak Creek. It was awesome. You are right on the water. Above it of course, but it's right there. The grounds are meticulous and the lodge is fantastic. The complimentary breakfast is incredible. The staff we met were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back. What a place!

This charming inn is perfectly located between the scenic drive from Flagstaff to Sedona, set in a quiet, lush, natural setting along Oak Creek. The property feels like a hidden sanctuary—alive with birds, sheep, and deer wandering nearby. Our cabin was quaint, clean, and reasonably priced, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The shower was on the smaller side, so next time we’ll opt for a larger room. Everyone we met was mostly friendly, and Cassidy stood out as exceptionally helpful—she sent us a detailed email full of wonderful suggestions on where to eat, explore, and hike. Breakfast in the main office building was lovely and the prefect way to start each day. We highly recommend the 90-minute creekside massages—an absolute must after a day of hiking or fly-fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you, Briar Patch Inn, for such a peaceful and memorable experience. 🌿

Stayed in the Kingfisher cabin. It was wonderful to wake up hearing the babbling Oak creek and come home after a long hike to a cozy fire. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade breads and treats. If you have time enjoy a creek side massage and leave your worries behind

First time I stayed at this inn when I went for the hike with one hiking company! I instantly fell in love! This was many years ago and Sedona was not this crowded! This time I was with my husband and didn’t even look for any other places! I booked it and did not regret it! Same hospitality, and warmth! It is slightly out of downtown but I still loved it! I highly recommend this place!

We had the best time staying in Quail cabin. Serene, beautiful, and fun. Loved the minimal tech environment so much.

The property was so peaceful. My friend and I has massages down by the creek after four days of hiking. The sound of the creek was fabulous. Breakfast was also delicious, and every member of the staff was kind and welcoming!

Our family always find our Zen here. Great place to unplug and find your way to digital detoxification.

Fantastic property and experience worth trip and cost.

The grounds, cabins, staff, and service could not be better. Each of Briar Patch’s cabins are unique and charming, and every staff member is pleasant, engaging, and happy to help with whatever is needed. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed at the briar patch for August 8th and 9th leaving on the 10th. We booked this trip for our mother's 90th birthday and it was incredible. The service was great they gave us rides back and forth to the cabin so she didn't have to walk up and down the hill. The brunch was delicious and it was included! We had a beautiful creekside view to enjoy our breakfast and there was a Duo playing musical instruments. Couldn't have been any better nice and cool down in the canyon. We will be back!
