The Ponderosa is a large home ideal for small reunions, retreats, and large families. There are four bedrooms (king bed and twin in master, queen in both second and third, and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom) sleeping a total of nine. The large, full kitchen is open to the spacious dining area and living room, which can seat up to 20 persons. The house has two fireplaces, 2 baths, and a wrap around deck that overlooks the property with great red rock views! Ponderosa now has High Speed wifi. $395 (Based on double occupancy. Each additional person, $25.00.)
You know you’re in for a nice stay when you arrive and get hit with the aroma of hot cider and ginger cookies. A handwritten note and flower greeted our arrival, and a large stone fireplace was prepared with wood and paper so all we had to do was flick a match.
